My Secure Advantage is seeking a Financial Success Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for members seeking financial coaching. The role handles inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other channels, guiding members to the appropriate coaching or resources and scheduling appointments as needed.

This fully remote position requires strong communication, data accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while protecting member privacy and meeting service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, member services, call center, scheduling, or related roles.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume inbound/outbound member calls professionally.
• Respond to member emails and service requests.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage coaching appointments per processes.
• Maintain accurate member records and notes.
• Coordinate with coaches to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity.
