My Secure Advantage in a fully remote role is seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in English and Spanish to serve as a Financial Success Coordinator. You will handle member inquiries via phone, email, and chat, explain available services, schedule coaching sessions, and connect members with the appropriate financial coach.

This high-volume role emphasizes accuracy, privacy, and collaboration with coaches and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, or related role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Remote work ability and strong data-entry skills.
• Experience with CRM and scheduling systems.
• Experience in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Responsabilités

• Respond to member emails, messages, and service requests.
• Welcome new members and explain available services.
• Ask questions to understand financial needs and goals.
• Connect members with the appropriate coach or resource.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage coaching appointments.
• Support callbacks and call-queue processes.
• Assist with registration, access, scheduling, and questions.
• Coordinate with coaches and internal teams for handoffs.
• Resolve routine questions and escalate when needed.
• Protect member privacy and follow policies.
• Meet contact center expectations on availability and quality.
• Participate in training, coaching, and quality initiatives.
