My Secure Advantage is seeking a Financial Success Coordinator to serve as the member-facing contact for financial coaching via phone and digital channels. You will guide members through services, ask insightful questions, and connect them with the right coaches and resources, all while maintaining privacy and quality standards.

The role emphasizes remote, high-volume support, with opportunities to grow in customer-service, operations, and financial-wellbeing knowledge within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Experience in customer service, member services, or call center roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for members via inbound/outbound calls, email, and other channels.
• Respond to member emails and service requests throughout the day.
• Welcome new members and explain available services and what to expect from coaching.
• Ask questions and listen to understand member financial needs and goals.
• Connect members with the appropriate coach, service, or resource.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage coaching appointments per processes.
• Support callback and call-queue processes for timely assistance.
• Assist with registration, access, scheduling, and general questions about MSA services.
• Coordinate with coaches and internal teams for smooth handoffs.
• Protect member privacy and follow company policies.
• Meet contact center expectations for availability, productivity, quality, attendance, and service.
• Participate in training, coaching, and quality-improvement initiatives.
