Fluency in English and Spanish, a high school diploma or higher, and customer-service experience are required. The position offers remote work with opportunities to grow within the Financial Coaching team.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required, written and spoken.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, member services, or call center roles.
• Comfortable using CRM, scheduling and contact-center tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for members via inbound/outbound calls, email, and other channels.
• Respond to member inquiries and service requests throughout the day.
• Welcome new members and explain available financial coaching services.
• Match members with the appropriate coach or resource based on needs.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage coaching appointments.
• Maintain privacy and follow company policies, ensuring quality service.
• Participate in training, meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
