Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in customer service, member services, or related role.
• Willingness to work in a remote, high-volume contact center.
• Comfortable using CRM, scheduling, and other contact center tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound member calls in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Respond to member emails, messages, and service requests.
• Welcome new members and explain available services.
