My Secure Advantage is seeking a bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our Financial Coaching team as a Financial Success Coordinator. This remote, member-facing role handles inbound and outbound communications, schedules coaching sessions, and ensures a welcoming, accurate experience for members seeking financial guidance.

Fluent English and Spanish, at least 2 years in customer service, and strong communication and data-entry skills are required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
Comfortable speaking with members by phone.
Strong customer-service orientation with empathy and professionalism.
Attention to detail and accurate data-entry.
Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications.
Experience with CRM, scheduling, or contact center software.
Experience in financial services or service-oriented environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for members via inbound/outbound calls, email, and other channels.
Explain services, identify needs, connect members with coaches or resources, and schedule appointments.
Maintain accurate documentation and high-quality member records.
Respond to member inquiries and requests throughout the workday.
Welcome new members and explain available services and expectations.
Collaborate with coaches and internal teams for seamless handoffs.
Protect member privacy and follow company policies.
Meet contact center performance expectations and participate in training.
