Advia Credit Union in Illinois is seeking a Loan Officer who will proactively identify financial solutions for members through in‑person and outbound calls, cross‑selling products to save money and time while upholding Advia’s core values.

You will counsel members on money management, perform lending functions (including HELOC and business lending), and build a strong pipeline to strengthen member relationships and financial well‑being.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a goal‑driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, courtesy and tact in member interactions.
• Proficiency in Spanish preferred for bilingual premium.

Responsabilités

• Interview members in person and by phone, explain services and policies.
• Counsel members on money management, explain decisions and next steps.
• Perform lending functions including HELOC and business lending.
• Build and manage a book of business and a proactive pipeline.
• Assist with new account functions and electronic services enrollment.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and lending trends.
