Responsabilidades

• Interview members in person and by phone to explain services, cross-sell products, and meet CRM targets.
• Counsel members on money management and lending decisions.
• Perform lending functions including HELOC and business lending.
• Build and manage a book of business and develop member relationships.
• Assist with new accounts and electronic services enrollment.
• Ensure accurate servicing and stay informed on policies and trends.
• Maintain quality and professional reputation of the credit union.
