World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales and manage collections while assisting customers with tax services. This office-based role requires in-person visits, daily outreach, and high-volume calls to meet sales and service targets.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and cross-sell financial products.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions in compliance with policies.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, payments, and questions.
• Process payments and update records in company systems; balance cash as required.
