WAC-UT World Finance Company of Utah LLC is seeking a Financial Services Representative Bilingual (FSR) to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist with tax returns. The role involves daily outbound calls, high-volume collections, and in-person customer meetings to close loans and grow business.

Ideal candidates are delivery-focused, can handle rapid workload shifts, and meet performance goals across sales, collections, tax services, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive loan sales and manage delinquent accounts.
