Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative in the United States to drive loan sales and manage collections while assisting customers with tax services. The role requires daily outbound activity, in-person customer meetings, and a strong focus on meeting performance goals across sales, collections, tax services, and branch operations.

Compensation includes an hourly base with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Independently perform bank runs including deposits.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Meet or exceed goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills with accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, follow-ups, tax services, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax preparation services.
• Process payments, account updates, tax documents, and document activity in systems.
• Maintain accurate records and timely credit denial letters and required tax documentation.
