Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative (FSR) in a fast-paced, in-person role in Houston, TX. You will drive loan sales, conduct outbound collections, assist with tax services, and help customers with financial needs while maintaining accurate records and delivering outstanding service.

The role requires a bilingual English/Spanish speaker, high-volume calling, and the ability to balance sales with collections in a growing branch environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills with accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts and set payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax services.
