World Finance seeks a Financial Services Representative in Oklahoma to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax services. The role involves daily outbound calling, in-person meetings, and closing loans to meet sales and collection goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and identify opportunities.
• Prepare tax returns, gather documentation, and assist customers with tax questions.
