Qualifications

• Sales, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax-related questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and document resolution.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Balance cash and perform required bank runs to deliver deposits.
