Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of business development experience required.
• Proven track record of success delivering solutions-based sales over the phone.
• Strong communication skills and strategic mindset.
• Ability to handle high-volume outreach and multi-product offerings.
• Fluency in Spanish, Arabic, Somali, or Croation and English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Leverage consultative sales strategies to present and deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and trust.
• Conduct consultative discussions to assess client needs and explain solutions.
• Assist with high-severity requests or escalations as needed.
• Manage and advance a robust sales pipeline to meet targets.
• Negotiate terms and pricing to maximize profitability.
• Cross-sell RTS and Shamrock services to deepen partnerships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay competitive.
