Shamrock Trading Corporation's Phoenix office is hiring a Bilingual Business Development Manager - Financial Sales. You will prospect, qualify and secure new business while expanding relationships with existing accounts.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in BD, and proven ability to speak Mandarin, Punjabi, or Spanish and English. You will use consultative sales to tailor financial solutions and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of business development experience required.
• Experience providing professional, solutions-based sales over the phone.
• Proven strategic mindset with exceptional communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and project management skills.
• Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment with a multi-product line.
• Attention to detail with an interest in comparative and value analysis.
• Bilingual skills with fluency in Mandarin, Punjabi, or Spanish and English are a must (speaks, reads and writes both languages).

Responsibilities

• Leverage consultative sales strategies to present and deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and prospecting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding and service experience.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and delivering exceptional service.
• Conduct consultative discussions to assess client needs and explain customized financial solutions to prospective clients.
• Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Manage and advance a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed monthly performance targets.
• Negotiate terms and pricing to maximize profitability on all new business.
• Cross-sell complementary RTS and Shamrock services to deepen client partnerships and increase account value.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
• Other duties as assigned.
