• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Sales, Financial Services).
• Strong phone presence and ability to handle multiple calls daily.
• Typing速度 40 wpm minimum and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Meet the company sales goals by making our company known and generating prospects in branch influence.
• Customize financial solutions that meet clients' needs and goals.
• Apply all available collection procedures and payment options to minimize delinquency and losses.
• Resolve customer grievances with a service-oriented approach.
• Support a high-volume of calls and maintain accuracy in data entry and records.
• Show willingness to learn and grow within credit-related services.
• Work non-exempt with two days off per week, including Sundays.
