Trueline Talent seeks a Bilingual Employee Relations Specialist to support field operations on two active construction sites in Palmetto and Fayetteville, GA. This onsite role involves resolving workplace issues, coaching site leaders, and ensuring compliant HR practices across projects.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Employee Relations, fluency in English and Spanish, and hands-on investigation experience in fast-paced environments. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of Employee Relations or related HR experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, including sensitive conversations.
• Experience investigating workplace complaints and resolving conflicts.
• Experience coaching managers through employee relations or disciplinary actions.
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and workplace compliance.
• Ability to document findings and recommend next steps.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• On-site work at active construction projects in Palmetto and Fayetteville, GA; travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the Employee Relations resource for field employees, supervisors, and project leadership on two active construction sites.
• Investigate complaints, conflicts, misconduct, and policy concerns.
• Conduct interviews, document findings, and recommend resolutions or corrective actions.
• Coach managers on performance management, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
• Build relationships with English- and Spanish-speaking employees via site visits.
• Provide guidance on workplace policies and employment practices.
