Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Field Recruiter in Whitestown, IN to source candidates, screen resumes, interview applicants, and refer qualified candidates to open assignments. This on-site role focuses on high-volume recruiting and meeting staffing goals including time-to-fill and diversity hiring.

Qualifications

High school diploma or minimum six months recruitment experience.
Experience in high-volume recruitment preferred.
