Job summary

EmployBridge is hiring in Bolingbrook, IL for an in-office Recruiter who will drive recruitment efforts Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. This role is not remote or hybrid and focuses on screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for manufacturing and industrial roles.

You will build pipelines, market postings, and leverage social channels to attract top talent, while performing drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verification to get associates to work.

Qualifications

• Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required.
• Industrial Recruiting or Recruiting in Manufacturing preferred.
• Must have high volume recruiting with a sense of urgency!
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team

Responsibilities

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!
