Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6+ months staffing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment and staffing goals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develops sourcing plans through schools, colleges, vocational schools, and social channels.
• Owns and writes content for online job postings to attract active and passive candidates.
• Screens, interviews, and recommends candidates to fill orders.
• Builds and maintains an active candidate pipeline and updates the database.
• Leverages data to set realistic expectations and meet order fill goals.
• Leads candidates through the interview cycle based on experience and availability.
• Performs drug screens, I-9s, and background checks.
