Job summary

Molly Maid of Northwest Dallas County is seeking an experienced Bilingual Field Operations Manager to lead and develop our Home Service Professionals and field teams on site. You will work with the Operations Manager, Team Leaders, and office staff to ensure staffing, training, and service excellence, while coaching performance in the field.

This hands-on leadership role requires fluent English and Spanish, 5+ years of frontline supervision, strong coaching skills, and the ability to drive

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• At least 5 years of experience directly supervising or managing frontline employees or teams.
• Demonstrated experience coaching employees and managing performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to hold employees accountable while maintaining a positive team environment.
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays when business needs arise.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop frontline employees.
• Train and onboard new HSPs and team members.
• Work alongside field staff in the field when needed.
• Provide real-time coaching on quality, productivity, safety, and customer service.
• Set clear expectations and enforce accountability; recognize strong performance.
• Help build a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace.
• Monitor performance metrics and follow up on improvement plans.
