Job summary

Enlyte seeks a Field Case Manager to coordinate treatment plans for injured workers, working remotely with regular travel in Albuquerque, NM. You will partner with physicians, employers, and patients to ensure timely, cost-effective healthcare and a safe return to work.

The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with 2+ years of clinical experience, fluent in English and Spanish, and proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. Travel and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing; URAC-recognized case management certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate treatment plans with physicians/providers and employers.
• Assess recovery through interviews and determine occupational vs non-occupational factors.
• Collaborate with physicians and resources to tailor patient-specific treatment plans.
• Modify job duties with employers to facilitate early return to work.
• Monitor case goals and adjust plans based on patient progress.
• Manage workload independently and prepare updates for stakeholders.
