Forthright Case Management Llc is seeking a self-motivated Registered Nurse (RN) for a per diem, hybrid role based in Albuquerque, NM. You will coordinate medical care for injured employees and collaborate with the treatment team, insurers, and physicians.

The position supports travel up to 50% with flexible day schedules and a provided laptop. Requirements include NM RN license, valid NM driver’s license and auto insurance, proficiency in Word/Excel, and Spanish bilingual ability.

Qualifications

• RN license in New Mexico
• Valid NM driver’s license and NM auto insurance
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Spanish language skills required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of medical care for injured employees.
• Work with treatment team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Interface with insurers, attorneys, physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate medical equipment, home modifications and services; occasional travel; laptop provided.
