Job summary

Genex Service LLC in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Bilingual Field Case Manager. This full-time, work-from-home role requires travel to in-person appointments and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

You will coordinate with physicians, employers, and patients to develop treatment plans, assess recovery, and support early return-to-work. RN licensure and 2+ years clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing; CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN or COHN certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate treatment plans with physicians, employers and patients.
• Assess recovery and determine occupational vs non-occupational factors.
• Collaborate with treating physicians to tailor treatment plans.
• Modify job duties with employers to facilitate early return to work.
• Manage workload, prioritize cases, and provide status updates to customers.
