Arena Americas is seeking a Bilingual Labor & Logistics Supervisor in Oak Creek, WI. This field-based leadership role centers on coordinating a bilingual team across complex logistics for major events, with travel to sites nationwide.

You’ll manage operations, process improvements, payroll support, and HR tasks while ensuring smooth daily execution. The role requires 50+ hours weekly, weekend availability, and a commitment to accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish — written and verbal.
• Strong verbal and written communication across stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify and fix process issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; quick to adopt new software.
• Collaborative team player at all levels; travel readiness (50+ hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Follow and continuously improve SOPs to streamline workflows and keep the team efficient.
• Support budget and bid prep; monitor expenses and reimbursements; assist with vendor payments.
• Maintain accurate, current employee records and databases for accessibility.
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and day-to-day communications across Logistics.
• Provide payroll processing support and other HR/project-specific needs as they arise.
• Manage incoming paperwork and serve as a reliable resource for the Logistics team.
