Job summary

Jobot is seeking a hands-on Construction Foreman in Houston, TX to oversee outdoor amenity projects for commercial spaces across Texas. You will coordinate daily field activities with subcontractors, maintain schedules, troubleshoot on-site issues, and ensure quality workmanship.

You must be fluent in English and Spanish, ready to lead a 2–4 person crew as the role grows, and collaborate with Project Managers to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Hands-on construction experience across multiple scopes.
• Ability to lead field crews and coordinate trades.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field activities across multiple construction scopes.
• Work directly with subcontractors to maintain schedules and quality.
• Assist with layout, installation, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
• Identify issues before they affect the project schedule.
• Read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Coordinate field materials and deliveries.
• Track progress and communicate with leadership.
• Maintain safe, organized job sites.
• Help establish installation and quality standards.
• Recruit, train, and lead a 2–4 person field crew.
