Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to project schedules.
• Conduct daily inspections of worksites to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Operate company vehicles to transport crew, tools, and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, job progress, and equipment usage.
• Communicate with Project Managers and Operations teams regarding updates or issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and company policies.
• Assist with hands-on field work when required to meet deadlines.
