Job summary

Waterton Construction is seeking a hands-on Superintendent to lead field operations on premier exterior projects in Texas. You will own daily execution, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery per project plans.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a proven track record of organizing and managing outdoor construction sites in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the Field Project Manager and uphold Waterton standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Lead in hardscape, civil, sitework, landscaping or exterior construction.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, crew management, and jobsite logistics.
• Ability to manage multiple scopes and trades on active jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on assigned hardscape and outdoor construction projects.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries.
• Execute project plans, schedules, and scopes as directed by the Project Manager.
• Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times.
• Monitor quality and ensure work meets Waterton standards and specifications.
• Identify issues early and communicate proactively with the Project Manager.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, photos, and jobsite documentation.
• Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to plan.
