LB Contract Supply is seeking a Field Installation Foreman to lead commercial interior installation crews across Texas. You will direct field operations, mentor crews, and drive safety and quality on fast-paced projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or foreman experience in commercial construction.
• Ability to read blueprints, layout job sites, and manage crew productivity.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving in active job sites.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field operations and supervise installation crews to keep projects moving safely.
• Interpret architectural plans, project specs, and layouts for installation accuracy.
• Coordinate materials on-site and schedule labor to meet milestones.
• Maintain clear communication with General Contractors, field superintendents, and project managers.
• Enforce strict site safety standards and lead toolbox talks.
• Identify and resolve real-time conflicts or layout issues to prevent delays.
• Mentor helpers and installers to develop skills and career growth.
