LB Contract Supply seeks a Field Installation Foreman to lead commercial installation crews across Texas. You will direct field operations, mentor crew members, and ensure projects meet schedule and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience in commercial construction, reads blueprints, coordinates materials, and maintains safety on site. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or foreman experience in commercial construction.
• Strong background in commercial interior finishes, carpentry, glass, or related products.
• Proven ability to read blueprints, layout job sites, and manage crew productivity.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for traveling between field assignments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills on active job sites.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field operations and supervise installation crews to maintain project momentum, safety, and quality.
• Interpret architectural plans, project specifications, and layouts for installation accuracy.
• Coordinate material staging on-site and schedule daily labor to meet milestones.
• Maintain clear communication with General Contractors, field superintendents, and project managers.
• Enforce strict job site safety standards and conduct toolbox talks.
• Identify and resolve real-time site conflicts to prevent delays.
• Mentor trade assistants and installers to develop skills and career growth.
