Job summary

B&S Site Development LLC is seeking a seasoned Field Labor & Craft Recruiter to support recruiting across multiple project locations, including remote markets. The role emphasizes full-cycle recruiting for hourly craft and labor roles, with a strong focus on building talent pipelines and coordinating with operations leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in recruiting, at least 3 years in field construction recruiting, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years recruiting experience overall.
• Minimum of 3 years of field recruiting experience within construction or related industries.
• Fluent bilingual communication in English and Spanish (required).
• Experience recruiting for geographically dispersed, remote, or difficult-to-fill project locations.
• Strong knowledge of construction trades and field operations.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, and sourcing tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly craft, field labor, and construction operations.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, trade schools, and events.
• Screen applicants for experience, certifications, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and project teams.
• Extend offers and manage pre-employment processes including background checks and onboarding.
• Maintain recruiting records and candidate pipelines in ATS.
• Lead recruiting for multiple active construction projects.
• Develop workforce strategies for remote or hard-to-staff locations.
• Forecast labor needs with field leadership and operations partners.
• Promote employee referral programs and workforce retention initiatives.
