Job summary

HD Supply Canada, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager for Multi-Family Housing in the Greater Fresno area. You will cultivate relationships with property managers and facility teams, selling MRO supplies and related products.

A reliable vehicle and ability to travel within the territory are required. The role offers a base salary with an incentive bonus, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays and vacation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years B2B field sales experience.
• Direct sales to Multi-family communities & facilities maintenance customers is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce (CRM).
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in a remote/field role.
• Must reside in Greater Fresno area.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains strong sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
• Manages sales volume with existing customers while actively prospecting new business.
• Develops and implements plans to expand business presence in the assigned area.
• Shares market insights and competitor information with relevant channels.
• Attends local meetings, trade shows, and represents the organization in regional activities as necessary.
