Gemma Services is seeking a Bilingual-Family Support Partner to work within the Family Support Program in the Philadelphia area. The role focuses on coaching, connecting families with resources, and supporting children and caregivers.

You will carry a caseload, implement the Family Check Up and Everyday Parenting model, and collaborate with community partners. A 1-2 year background in related fields and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in a related field required.
• Home visiting and coaching experience with community resource connections preferred.
• Experience serving children and families, ability to build trust, navigate challenging situations.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Provide coaching and skill-building to families.
• Connect families with resources and referrals.
• Maintain a caseload of 20-21 open cases.
• Initiate and maintain regular contact and support with families.
• Implement Family Check Up and Everyday Parenting models.
