Job summary

Gemma Services is seeking a bilingual Family Advocate Partner for the Rapid Service Response program in Philadelphia. This hybrid, full-time role supports families during initial home visits and navigates systems to access services, bridging gaps between families and Gemma's offerings.

Strong communication in two languages is preferred; a high school diploma is required and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual strongly preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience navigating the child welfare system is preferred; lived experience is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Assist families during the initial home visit and facilitate joining with Gemma.
• Support RSR Case Worker in navigating systems and scheduling appointments.
• Provide in-home and community-based support to strengthen family skills throughout intervention.
• Connect families to community resources and share updates with the RSR team.
• Document services and outreach in a timely and accurate manner.
