Job summary

The Family Tree, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Parent Support Provider to deliver the SafeCare® home visitation program in Adams County with a focus on preventing child abuse and supporting family stability.

The role requires delivering the SafeCare® curriculum, maintaining fidelity, and coordinating closely with team members. Responsibilities include scheduling and conducting 10–12 home visits weekly, documenting sessions, and referring families to community resources.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required (spoken and written).
• Self-directed, with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Experience in trauma-informed care or family support programs is a plus.
• Ability to engage under-resourced families and coordinate with community partners.

Responsibilities

• Perform home visits with SafeCare® curriculum, meeting fidelity standards.
• Complete 10–12 home visits per week; document sessions and assessments.
• Participate in team coaching, supervision, and meetings.
• Assist families with referrals to community resources and life-skill supports.
• Maintain a full, engaged caseload and ensure consistent outreach to referrals.
