Job summary

BCFS Health and Human Services is seeking a Home Visitor/Parent Educator to deliver quality services to families in the Texas Home Visiting Program.

The role involves outreach, intake, assessments, and intensive case management, using SafeCare curriculum and accurate documentation in PEIRS, Salesforce, and BCFS systems. Strong communication in English required; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of related field experience.
• Preferred bilingual Spanish; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Outreach and recruitment for the Texas Home Visiting Program.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with families with regular contact.
• Administer intake, assessments, and screening tools.
• Provide intensive case management and parent/health education.
• Record services in PEIRS (DFPS), Salesforce, and BCFS software.
• Meet with supervisor bi-weekly to review caseload.
• Attend all required trainings.
