Job summary

A local community support organization seeks a SafeCare® Parent Educator to deliver in-home education for caregivers of young children. The role focuses on enhancing parenting skills, home safety, and child development through home visits and community engagement. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, and be bilingual in Spanish and English. This full-time position requires flexibility to meet client needs, with a work schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a good driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide home visitation services aligned with SafeCare® standards.
• Engage with families from a trauma-informed approach.
• Manage a caseload of 12 families and document all interactions.
