Family Tree is seeking a Parent Support Provider in Wheat Ridge, CO, to deliver SafeCare home-visit education to families with young children. The role features a hybrid schedule, requires bilingual English/Spanish skills, and a 40-hour work week with travel to Adams and Jefferson counties.

The position pays an hourly rate starting at $26.54 plus a $1.50 bilingual differential, reflecting the company’s commitment to accessible family support services.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish fluent in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Ability to work self-directed yet communicate well within a team.
• Experience with at-risk families and applying trauma-informed approaches.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with flexible, non-traditional schedules and travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SafeCare curriculum and provide home-based education to families with young children.
• Complete enrollment calls/texts and maintain a full caseload with fidelity to the model.
• Attend team meetings, coaching, and supervision regularly.
• Travel to homes across Adams and Jefferson Counties; mix in-office or remote administrative work.
• Identify community resources and support referrals for families.
