The role emphasizes compassionate, flexible service, documentation, and collaboration with case managers. A bachelor’s degree in Human Services and a valid driver’s license are required; driving and records checks are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or equivalent required.
• Prior work experience in child care, with families, and/or social work preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with families in the home, teaching homemaking skills and connecting with resources.
• Provide transportation for parents and children to appointments.
• Report all child abuse and neglect; maintain accurate records.
• Report progress to case managers and participate in mandated trainings.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
