Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Social Work with 3+ years in child/family welfare.
• Master's in Social Work preferred; CWEL/CERAP upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to assess child safety and family needs.
• Provide case management and connect families with community resources.
• Attend court hearings and prepare required documents.
• Travel as needed and work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
