Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in child and family welfare (or 2+ years with a Bachelor's in Social Work).
• CWEL and CERAP certifications upon hire.
• 21 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to meet families at various hours.
• Serve as a resource of information between stakeholders.
• Develop and implement a plan that meets family needs.
