Family Focus in DuPage is seeking a Case Manager (Bilingual: English/Spanish) to support at-risk families with short-term, result-oriented services. You will conduct assessments, arrange community referrals, and work toward family reunification and child safety.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, fluency in English and Spanish, and ability to travel locally for home visits. This is a full-time exempt position with a salary of $50,000 per year.

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood, social services, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to communicate with clients.
• Experience with families and children (0-17) and culturally diverse communities.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

• Conduct initial family assessments.
