Job summary

Easterseals Florida seeks a Bilingual Service Coordinator (Spanish/English) for the Treasure Coast Early Steps program in West Palm Beach. The role supports children birth to age 3 with developmental delays, delivering services in homes, daycare, playground, and other environments during the day.

Responsibilities include being the primary contact for families, locating funding sources, and delivering parent education tailored to each family’s needs during daily routines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with transcript and diploma required.
• One year of hands-on experience with young children and families in teaching, case management, or counseling.
• Bachelor's degrees in other fields require a minimum of 3 years of experience in case management, teaching or counseling with children with disabilities.
• Ability to meet approved driver qualifications (drive personal vehicle, age 21+, good driving history).
• Energetic, resourceful and professional individual who promotes a positive, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact in helping families access services in the community.
• Obtain information on funding sources to meet the needs of the children.
• Provide parent education, evidence-based program, giving strategies to caregivers based on child and family needs during routine activities.
