The role provides a single point of contact to help families access services, identify funding, and deliver parent education based on each child’s needs.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
• One year of hands-on experience with young children and families in teaching, case management, or counseling roles.
• Experience with individuals with special needs or developmental delays in case management.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in the listed fields (transcripts and diploma required).
• Valid driver 21+ with good driving history.
• Energetic, resourceful, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact to help families access services in the community.
• Gather information on funding sources to meet children's needs.
• Provide parent education with strategies for caregivers during routine activities.
