Easterseals Florida is seeking a Service Coordinator for the Treasure Coast Early Steps program in West Palm Beach. The role supports families with developmental delays, delivering services in homes, daycares, and community settings to promote development.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or higher in specified fields; transcript and diploma required.
• One year of hands-on experience with young children and families or related case management.
• Bachelor's degrees in other fields require 3+ years in relevant child services.
• Bilingual ability (Spanish/English, Creole/English) a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the single point of contact to help families access community services.
• Gather information on funding sources to support children’s needs.
• Provide parent education programs with strategies for caregivers during daily routines.
