Job summary

Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is seeking a Bilingual Master’s Level Family Counselor (FBMHP) to join our Family Based Mental Health program in Lebanon, PA. This full-time role provides intensive, community-based therapy to children, adolescents, and families with complex needs within ESFT practice.

We offer employer-paid training, supervision for licensure, and a supportive, collaborative team. Eligible bilingual candidates may receive a bonus.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in human services-related field (counseling, psychology, social work, criminal justice, education, rehabilitation)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and/or families in a CASSP-related program
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Ability to transport clients in own car
• Ability to provide services in home, school, and community locations
• Ability to participate in on-call coverage on a rotating schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions, crisis response, and case management to help families navigate mental health challenges
• Work closely with parents and caregivers to strengthen family relationships and develop effective behavioral strategies
• Deliver community-based family therapy in home, school, and community locations
• Partner with a Bachelor’s-level Mental Health Worker to provide services to up to 8 families at a time
• Participate in weekly supervision and group/team supervision for clinical support and growth
• Receive on-call crisis consultation and participate in rotating on-call schedule when needed
