Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is hiring a Master’s Level Mental Health Therapist to join our Family Based Mental Health Program in Lebanon, PA. The role focuses on intensive therapy for children and families in homes, schools, and communities using the ESFT model, with strong supervision and ongoing professional development.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in a human services field (MSW, Counseling, Psychology, etc.).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children. Internship/ practicum count toward this requirement.
• Bilingual Spanish/English and ASL proficiency preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide intensive family therapy and behavioral health interventions for children and families.
• Deliver services in home, school, and community-based settings.
• Collaborate with a Bachelor’s-level Mental Health Worker to co-treat a small caseload of up to 8 families.
• Participate in weekly team supervision and clinical consultation.
• Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation.
