Job summary

Pennsylvania Counseling Services, Inc. seeks a Masters Level Family Counselor (FBMHP) to provide intensive family therapy using ESFT in home, school, and community settings. The role supports at-risk children and families with supervision and a strong collaborative team.

The position offers employer-paid training leading to certification, supervision for licensure, and a stable full-time schedule with competitive pay. PCS emphasizes keeping families together and preventing out-of-home placement.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in human services (counseling, psychology, social work, criminal justice, education, rehabilitation) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and/or families in a CASSP-related program.
• Ability to transport clients in own car and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Ability to provide services in home, school, and community locations.
• Ability to participate in on-call coverage on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions, crisis response, and case management to help families navigate mental health challenges.
• Work with parents and caregivers to strengthen family relationships and develop behavioral strategies for children.
• Deliver community-based family therapy in home, school, and community locations.
• Partner with a Bachelor’s-level Mental Health Worker to serve up to 8 families at a time.
• Participate in weekly supervision and rotating on-call crisis consultation.
