Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is seeking a Master’s Level Mental Health Therapist to join our Family Based Mental Health Program in Harrisburg. The role focuses on delivering intensive family therapy to children in home, school, and community settings using the ESFT model.

Spanish or ASL bilingual clinicians are encouraged to apply. PCS offers comprehensive benefits, competitive compensation, and opportunities for ESFT certification with fully funded training.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in a human services field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years experience working with children (internships/volunteer count).
• Bilingual Spanish/English and ASL proficiency preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide intensive family therapy and behavioral health interventions for children and families.
• Deliver services in home, school, and community-based settings.
• Assist parents with effective strategies for managing behavioral and emotional challenges.
• Provide crisis intervention and family stabilization support.
• Co-treat a small caseload with a Bachelor’s-level Mental Health Worker (up to 8 families).
• Participate in weekly team supervision and clinical consultation.
• Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation.
